Exhibition Information
The house where people live, and the house of all things and living things. Household house and the earth's ecosystem are our houses with the same etymology of oikos. Climate Museum of Art: <Life and Death of Our Home> is an exhibition about our big and small houses in crisis. The climate crisis becomes urgent every moment and shows no sign of resolution. In Korea, climate change is occurring at a rate of about 2.5 times the global average. In this situation, the exhibition on the climate crisis is timely, but it is very inconvenient because it is an act of carbon emission in itself. Climate Museum of Art faces this contradiction and approaches a 'home' for art in a climate crisis. In the exhibition, the use of waste and energy was reduced as much as possible, and the principle of reuse and recycling such as recycled paper, modular walls, discarded picture frames, and used laptops was made.
