Whistle is pleased to present <Beauty as Formalism>, a solo exhibition by Sen Chung. Based in Düsseldorf and Korea, Chung has long pursued a series of conceptual experiments that explore the formal principles underlying the seemingly monotonous plane of painting, devoting himself to the study of “the form of beauty” through abstraction. Through fifteen paintings completed between 2023 and 2025, the exhibition traces his ongoing exploration of the aesthetic possibilities inherent in form.
